What are the expectations from budget 2024 ??

Coming Tomorrow.. What is your expectation?

No tax relief for salaried class. What are your thoughts on the overall budget? What reforms were you awaiting or what do you think are absolutely necessary to uplift the middle/ below middle class of the country?

It's funny how people expected lower taxes in the budget, but now they'll pay more on STCG and LTCG. No wonder over 5,000 millionaires, salaried individuals, and top talent are leaving the country every year.

Btw this year it's interim budget as current government will go for mandate in 2024 May. So, what to do you think on tax rebates, nps and populist schemes again.

As I think this is used to filter out candidates not matching their budget. What are your experiences?

I think tax slab might change under new tax regime.
