What does this mean? Let's say SBI is an investor in Pharmaeasy and has invested 100 crores but SBI refuses to believe/go along with devaluation of Jenus Henderson. When employees tries to sell the ESOPs to SBI at year end, will SBI buy at ESOPs value or devalued ESOP value?
