Personal photos on LinkedIn
Why do female founders and other budding LinkedIn female influencers post their personal pictures(gym photos, selfies, random photos of themselves) on LinkedIn? It’s a professional platform for fucks sake. You don’t post these photos on Leap Club but LinkedIn is okay because validation. And nobody calls them out. Men are lost in simp behaviour and others ignore them.

Men do too.
It's algorithm not gender bias, LinkedIn pushes impressions of picture posts.
P.S. Women look pretty so additional impressions 🤭

That's because LinkedIn algo knows that you ain't reading the content, you just liking pictures of girls
People's posts should be judged based on the contents and not the photo they choose to upload. Agree?

LinkedIn is not going to last for long. It’s full of people giving ‘gyaan’ and self praise

All this woman does is play the female card and at the same time keep posting pictures to get engagement https://www.linkedin.com/posts/ahanagautam_discipline-confidence-greatness-activity-7120988196535988224-xZhH?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_ios

Everything is about sex. Except sex. Sex is about power.
LinkedIn WANTS the content to be less rigid/business like and I guess the algo promotes it. Best way to get more users and time spent on the platform.
Of course you know the reason. Female influencers also know what their target audience is.
That's because in a democracy women have the right to do as they choose.
Bcz ppl like the post after seeing the picture.. They dont even read the post. Stop liking these posts and see the improvement in content quality.

Every influencer does this regardless of gender. They sell their course in the caption or they keep explaining how inflation is killing your salary blah blah but put a pic of them chilling in Europe. Kya logic lmao

Ego boost. The problem to this is when you start losing those likes. People call it depression and taking therapy

Simping is pretty normal in corporates.
