The office ft. Gang wars

Whooo.. i never thought i might need to write this story but things are really bad out there. A few months ago, a technical lead joined my office. He is a hot headed office politician. Who wants everyone who is reporting under him should refer to him as "sir". Initially the project which i am working on had a technical manager who is not technically strong but had the vision over the project. Now suddenly this one got promoted into senior tech lead and had been allocated to takeover the team of the later one along with him. Now the old TM had all the support of the people who are working previously in the project. But this triggered a bomb pin on the senior one . Then he calls up all the pal folks which he worked along his years into this organisation and stands up with another gang in the same project. Every day the war between them was gruesome as both of them disagree with each other on product decisions. Now this senior has taken his big weapon by revoking company privileges for the people who don't vouch or stand with him . Now he wants him to surrender by making his and his friends working experience to the baddest. But still he and his friends are fighting the war.... The story continues......
