Instead of speaking about improvement in product, try to highlight problem areas. 
  
 Lets say you work at late stage startup, you would write 
 Increased order per reseller by 15% by xyz initiative . 
  
 For early stage -  
 Built the reseller experience from the scratch

So in my present PM job, I have only worked on and scaled 3 major 0 to 1 products. Now my question is how do I write it in my resume in the most effective way.

So in my present PM job, I have only worked on and scaled 3 major 0 to 1 products. Now my question is how do I write it in my resume in the most effective way. For example for an existing product, I would use the following structure: Improved X by Y% by doing Z. But in 0 to 1 products you don't have any benchmarks. Need tips or input on how to go about writing it.
