What’s your view on Glassmorphism?
Although not being used anywhere right now since the spectacular failure of Windows Vista, do you think it has a future?

Looks good as a fancy design on dribble. From usability pov, not at all usefull or needed
But don’t you think that it’s the future of UX design if we’re somehow able to figure out the usability aspect? Given the pace at which tech is advancing, I personally believe that in the next 10-20 years, some of the gadgets that we saw in iron man will become reality. Like the transparent phone. So don’t you think glassmorphism will be the UI answer to that kind of tech? Another tech that can use UI would be VR/XR Goggles and Hologram tech?

Well glassmorphism is an aesthetic component rather than a functional one. Its more of a trend - and not the first time - there have been examples of it from 60s, 80s, and now again. So all trends come and go in waves. As far as the AR/VR gadgets go - those are hardware specific IMO and ever evolving- like we used to have 3d icons then moved towards flat - and now 3d again… its an endless cycle haha

Where is is used hard to find apps or webapps with that, maybe some fancy things in landing page,or some popus .other than that.
It also demands higher hardware resources so it only makes sense for niche hardware.
