Mind block and forgetting names/key words
Does this happen to you'll also, where you forget name/keyword and then it take allot of mental pushing/effort to get back it to your mind. And the you think am I having a problem? is it something that happens to me only or others also? Is it natural?

Yes this happens to me.. i have been told its because i overthink and take load in all aspects of life.

Hi, while this could be because of stress, or any other underlying mental health issues; there could also be a physiological reason behind this. Vit D deficiency or even thyroid can cause brain fog. Would suggest you to get a complete body check done to rule out any hormonal issues or deficiencies. Take care.
Check Vitamin B12
Also, try to meditate for 5-10 minutes twice a day, it does work
