Some startup from gurgaon sent me this as front end assignment

Last September I was hired as an UI Engineer in a startup in Gujurat. This is my first job in tech. They said that you will get to work on client as well as in-house products. My first task was to fix their in-house product, so that they can re-launch it. Successfully did that. Then they started searching for client works. And till now (March) they have given 4 client jobs to work on, none of it was related to Frontend or UI. One was related to AI, another one was related to a Node Backend, and the current one is related to 3D technology. So what should I do now, it almost feels like a scam. Leaving a company in 4 months doesn't feel right but I can't see any learning or improvement here in my domain. And the worst part is this jobs are brought by my CTO fooling the client that the developer who is going to work on this had 10+ years of experience.

I was desperately looking for internship for this summer then got a mail regarding doing a task to prove your worth kinda shmik, even though I have sem exams I did the task in hopes of getting the internship. Then they send me this badboy, this "task" is to make a fully functional application that can audio to a video with video frames expansion audio frames adding multiple audio to videos and multiple video to audio, audio trimming video trimming, even though I previously informed that I had exams ongoing rn, does this seem legit to you guys? Even though I'm pretty desperate I emailed them that I have exams tomorrow, then can interview me if they want but I can't do this rn... Internship search continues...

Just landed a mid-level full-stack job in Bangalore through an agency that brings foreign companies here. But, plot twist - my CTO, who's abroad, axed the senior frontend devs and now wants me to handle some complex frontend stuff. To be honest, frontend isn't really my forte, and these overseas senior devs are super into code quality and reusability, not just churning out features. Feeling a bit in over my head and could really use some tips on how to up my frontend game, especially to meet those high standards. Any advice or resources would be awesome!

Product Design Hiring: Received a call from the HR, I tell him I don’t have enough B2B design exp. he still shares my profile with hiring manager. Hiring manager likes the profile and I receive an assignment. Asked to submit the assignment in 2 days. I submit the assignment. Hiring manager wants have an assignment review call. During the 1 hour assessment call I answer all of his questions. Next day, HR calls me and tells me you answers all the questions. You have good design skills. We are rejecting you because you don’t have enough B2B design experience. WHY THE F Did you shortlist me and had me waste my time on an assignment in the first place. I have a job offer as a SDE 1 Frontend role at a Saas startup. I will be 25 in May and have 1.5 yoe and the offer is 17LPA. They have a team of 7 engineers. They have over 1m+ downloads on Play Store but very very small number of paid customers, so negligible revenue. They took funding 1.5m $ last year. I'll get the opportunity to kind of own the new product that we will be building. The job location is Bengaluru. I feel growth opportunity will be there as I'll be one of the few frontend developers but I feel very overwhelmed with the responsibility as I don't have much experience and I fell I'll be incapable of doing it. Also is it worth joining such a risky startup and shift to Bengaluru? I also have to work as a customer support person half day in a week because it's a small startup so you have to play every role. Please help!!! Because eventually I want to join a bigger company which is well known and reputed because I want to get married and reputation of the company matters a lot in my community and all the knowledge I'll gain working at this small startup would be of no use as for interview prep at reputed companies you need to do DSA LLD HLD for which I believe I'll need around 1+ year just to prep and I feel I won't get time working at this small company due to the workload as the product is not yet built.
