SDE1 jobs require 3 YOE

I'm learning DSA from striver almost completed his sheet with over 400+ questions,I have three years of non SDE experience(I'm a Policy Developer using a tool called Duckcreek) and am looking for SDE Jobs , Since I don't have relevant experience what all skills should I learn and add to my resume to apply for SDE Jobs.. Please suggest

Heard the job market is pretty tight for early SDE1s < 2YOE. How to make the best out of this dire situation any tips on how to atleast get a interview to showcase ur skills ? Also any good startups or product based companies hiring SDE1s to be on a look out for

Hi , can folks here guide steps /suggest how to get SDE role at entry role . I regret giving 2 yrs a career for the civil services exam. I graduated with BTech in 2021 . If I had only sat for college placements at my Tier 1 college, I wouldn't have been living with regrets. I have been doing projects in the MERN stack . I also have skills like Postgresql, Trpc and am familiar with using ORMs and type validators like Zod . Since I had no previous experience at internship or full time , no companies are shortlisting my profile .

Is 2 yoe enough for SDE-2 at Amazon and similar companies? Or would they only give me SDE-1?
