Need some advice

A month ago I had 2 good offers. One was from a stable start up which had good salary and amazing perks and one from a company which has a good brand and decent benefits. Naturally, I took up the one that has good brand value. I was hired for python automation, which has always been my domain. Now, it's been a week since I'm in this project and they want me to take up the maintenance part in python automation and start looking into another project that involves Java, javascript, testng and mocha. I'm already stressed because the existing framework is huge and very well written. I'm still trying to grasp the python automation framework part. Now this new challenge. How should I react??
