Should I go back for an internship?

Hello everyone, A little context: I have full-time experience of around 2 years and actively looking for a job switch. I recently applied to a top company and got an offer to intern there for a few months. It's extremely hard for tier-3 students to get a call back from this company so the offer is a little tempting. I believe that this will be a great learning experience in efficient and scalable system design and implementation. As far as the financial aspect goes, the stipend alone is ~75% higher than my current pay and the perks more than make up for my total comp. However, this is potentially temporary since there is no guarantee of a full-time offer and it requires me to relocate to a new city. Side note, my past experiences have been short-term engagements due to both voluntary or involuntary reasons. In case this doesn't convert, will recruiters classify my profile as a job hopper? I would love any suggestions on this situation. Thanks! TLDR; looking for suggestions on whether I should leave my full-time job to pursue an internship at a top company after 2 years of full-time experience.

Urgent: Need Advice on Job Offer Acceptance

Hello Everyone, I am a 2022 MBA pass out from an Old IIM, and I have a total work experience of 2 years & 4 months(1.2 years post-MBA as an APM). I resigned from my position as an 'Associate Product Manager' in June 2023 because I found the role unfulfilling, I was totally not enjoying it, and I aspired to transition into roles related to the Strategy and Growth domain. (Link to my previous post on Grapevine regarding my Job Role Switch: https://share.gvine.app/EmMbJcfW4pCcEsZW9) I'm currently having an offer to join the Strategy Team at a Series B-funded startup, with Y Combinator being one of the investors. However, this opportunity is a 6-month internship ( Designation: Strategy and Ops Intern), with the potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance. I'm seeking advice on whether or not I should pursue this opportunity. Additional Information: Over the past 3-4 months, I've actively applied to numerous Strategy and Growth roles. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any shortlists for these positions since they typically required a minimum of 2 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, which I currently lack, on the other side, I was only getting shortlists for APM/PM roles which I was accepting as I was not having any other option at that point in time. My Take: I consider this as a great opportunity to kickstart my career in the Strategy domain and I am confident about the conversion of a full-time opportunity. I am extremely interested in building my career in this strategy domain and this was the major reason to left my previous jobs. The organization also explicitly mentioned that they were also looking for a long-term association with me. I would greatly appreciate your insights on this matter. Thank you so much for your time

Confused on what to do next

I'm currently working at a startup in Bangalore. Consider that they are paying me X LPA. All fixed. I've total experience of Mar-October as Intern and October - Present as SDE1. So overall experience of 8 months. This means that my appraisal is due in next 4 months. As per our appraisal policy and as per conversation with my manager I'll receive around 50% of hike. So that will make my CTC as X + 5. But the catch here is that the project which I'm working at is fucked up and this project has highest attrition. Very bad client and constant abuses and abnormal working hour around 12-13 hours daily. Evrything is fucked up and I don't enjoy working here in this project. Project change is also out of question as no one will take this. I've received an offer from Health startup eka.care but they are offering X+3 that too with lot of negotiation. The work culture is superb, the tech stack is fun and great, people are nice and team is highly qualified and great. I don't know what to do? I don't want to keep switching the companies every now and then. It's true that current org is paying and they will pay even more post appraisal but the work is not good and I don't like the work. New org work is good and I really want to join but they are not paying great, I mean the 30% hike is decent but if they pay X+3 then I would have to look for job again after 8-9 months because I'll be really needing money at end of 2025. My total experience: 8 months - If intern can be counted then 14 months. Please suggest me what to do? If I constantly switch in 6/8 months then that would deter other recruiters to contact me because I've made very unstable choices. I'm confused what to do, if any of you have been in such situations then please suggest. Should I prioritise money? Work? Both? What about my profile? So much confusion is there and really I'm awaiting your inputs.

Need advice from seniors, please help

I am a final-year CS student and will be graduating this June. I have been doing internships since 6th semester. In my first and second year I used to code like 9 to 10 hours a day and learn new skills and thanks to that I was able to grep an internship in start of 6th sem and since then I am doing internships and its been 1.5 years and I have done 2 internships, one as an backend developer for 6 months and another as an ML Engineer for 10 months and I am still interning over here and I have learned a lot and have worked on many amazing projects, now the problem is my current company told that they will give me full time offer if they receive the funding in April or may and HR told me to consider this as no and now the CEO of my previous internship called me and asked me if I am willing to join there for full time and I told him I am waiting for the offer from here and he told me that he will try to match the offer but I don't want to join the older company as there the culture is toxic and I also don't have other offer to negotiate as I did not sit for on campus placement as I am getting paid more as an intern(50k per month) then the full time offers the companies are giving on campus. Now in 2 months, I will be graduating and still, I don't have full-time offer now I feel like all the sacrifices I made in my first and second years went in vain, all the hard work, consistency, missing parties and trips all these things now makes me depressed, where did I go wrong and what should I do now?
