What are some good 'Rest & Vest orgs in Gurgaon

I work in a startup, have been since the past 4 years. Earlier it was WFH, I had the liberty to work whenever I want - task had to be done. With experience, I've felt that my work life balance has gone for a toss. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, I feel exhaused and burnt out. This is also sucking out ownership from what I do. To all the GVs out here, have you guys tried doing something that's helped you? Or are we all on the same boat here? Are folks in MNCs going through the same? Genuinely seeking for help here. I just feel ki, I should stop running behind money now. Take a pay cut if needed and join a company thats a bit more established. Ps: In my case working from office seems like a total waste of time. I had been so much more productive at home. Thanks!

Hey guys i'm looking for a job change from my hectic current job, im loosing my health becuase of stress in my current job, Right now I don't care much for growth, i just want good work life balance to calm my mind and improve my health. I'm looking at these companies now EPAM System Expedia Group Natwest group National Australian Bank American express Concentrix Are these companies good in terms of culture and work life balance. And if you guys know other companies with good culture, can you please advice me.

howdy!! Folks I need your inputs please. I am a single parent to two kids and have a full time job which is basically the only financial source and now WFH is ending and my problem is: 1. With the role n responsibilities i am fully booked for office work and not able to take care of the kids or house like i want to 2. Even if i hire someone like nanny i still thinking of their safety and activities they r doing bcoz i want to engage them is teaching or making them learn spend time with them as they grow be there for them ( bcoz i know how lonely it is to have working parents) so i don’t want them left with nanny bcoz i believe money can be made again but their childhood will not return 3. Even if i get a WFH role, my time, energy and thinking capabilities will be taken up by the job only again leaving me less energetic, time to care for my kids 4 Everyone is against me leaving the job bcoz that’s the only financial source I have but i want to shift my stream maybe join as a school admin or start a food business that i can handle without much of mental stress but the pay will be way less So I am looking for something which gives me the time and mental peace to spend and raise my kids with a decent money to meet the needs. What can i do??? please tell me any other way out or a guaranteed income source along with being with my kids

Hey guys, i'm planning to switch my company after 8 months in the company and there is a notice of 2 months so that would be 10 months in the company. I feel out of place here, though I have delivered so far (6 months) because i'm picking tasks which I know, I don't know how long it will last. I'm stuck in a client project and i'm scared that if I get something I don't know and I don't deliver, I'll be yelled at. Hi all! I have 16 years of work ex in Corporate sales and currently working in a leading indian Fintech from last 9 years. I am feeling stuck here with no visibility of growth or even sense of job security. I didn't take risks in my career as I am sole bread earner for my family but it was biggest risk I guess I took. What are some companies in pune with good work life balance?

I am 23M working in a well renowned Fintech startup. Have got what I have dreamed of in college like high ownership, good pay and other similar things. But lately realized that I can't do these things for my majority of life. Although I enjoy my work but still feeling lonely and aimless. Previous to September it was remote but now they have made it hybrid and I have to reallocate to Gurgaon and now I am feeling more lonely and aimless in life. Have tried travelling and other stuffs inorder to find interest in life but nothing excites me.

I've been working in operations in an e-commerce company for the last 2 years. Work has been very hectic (7am to 9pm) and I don't get any personal leisure time. Hence, planning to switch. Looking for org recommendations with a good work life balance (Industries - operations, supply chain or category)
