Need an advice!!!!

I have two offers EY india (Data Science Consultant) and Deloitte USI (ML/AI Engineer Analyst level). Need help in decision making which would be better for future career perspective, growth, learning and hopefully in abroad job search.

Long story told short, I have couple of offers: from Deloitte and TCS with salary raise upto 40% from my current CTC. Ofcourse, I had plans to go ahead with Deloitte. My current YoE is 3.9Years. And I’ll be joining as an Analyst at Deloitte. (No change in band, im joining entry level position as my current company). But, If I complete 4 years of experience, I could move on to next band with significant change in pay slab joining as a consultant. My joining date is nearing, and I’m thinking to defer the offer for now, Try again after few months once I complete 4 years. What do you guys suggest? Domain: SAP EWM consultant. I am working with Oracle from last 2 years on IC3 position with no hike. Recently, I received an offer from another product based company with 50% hike. But now My team is planning to retain me with same offer and IC4 promotion. What should I do? Should I stay or resign ?

Hi all, I'm currently working at Accenture for 3.5 years as C11(Database) , I was undergoing a training in Oracle Supply Chain Management at a Online centre/startup for last 6 months. Now that startup want me to work as full time in the SCM technology but they are offering me the same salary package im currently getting now. The thing is they are working on many project things like SCP,SCM,WMS etc but mostly experienced persons used to take care of the technical part. Which leave me to just schedule calls,doing excel/docs, analyze in the call for hours but couldn't understand anything. I understand there is more of self learning needed than of KT. They are telling if I work here full time after a year they will recommend me for interview packages of 1 lakh per month. I want to know whether the Oracle Fusion SCM has a growth in market for next 10 years. And if i work in this startup and do only documentation and not work on technical stuff will i be able to clear the interviews with high packages(1 lakh/month) Should i take a risk and join that startup and work for a year with same package. Or should i be current technology (database) and search jobs externally?. Any of your inputs is fine please help 🙏.

A bit less learning opportunity 4. Fair pay 5. Job security is more here Coinbase - 1. Exceptionally good pay 2. Bad WLB 3. Chances of getting fired if not performed well. 4. Competitive bar is more high Also if someone over here can tell how is the work culture at coinbase. Please correct me if I am wrong in any of the above points. Hi All, Recently I got an offer from Accenture ( Kolkata location) in Data & AI vertical. I was interviewed in tech stacks like GenAI, AI&ML. Currently I am working in Deloitte USI and have around 6.5 yrs of experience. I am up for promotion as well but my promotion was denied this year. Not sure what will happen next year. I want to know how's the project in this vertical and job security, wlb in Accenture. Also in the offer letter variable component is mentioned from 0-27%. How's the variable scenario in Accenture. Need your honest opinions. Accenture is giving me 25LPA fixed. Is it a wise option to switch? Thanks in advance.
