Amazon_referral_help_for_junior

A junior of mine needs help with referral to an FTC role at amazon. He is in a situation. Can only work virtually. His career aligns with transaction risk monitoring/ investigation jobs at amazon. He was going to apply for remote chat roles with 70% cut in salary, which are subpar to his qualification . I stopped him to apply for a chat role. I would really appreciate any help. Does anyone know any TA there that could just pick up his candidature ? If he lands an offer letter from any help here, i would put 5000rs-10,000rs of my own to the helping hand without other conditions.
