El Cheapo and barely functional solution = Keka.

Good solution at relatively decent price = Darwinbox.

Workday is the best, but overkill for most places < 2000 employees.

current company uses keka,

as an employee it has its quirks, mobile app is built poorly, leaves notification are not sent on time etc etc.
