Documents required before offer letter
Doing my 1st switch .. some 15-20 documents asked by company before releasing the offer letter. Is it normal? Just wanted to make sure if I'm overthinking only

Indian companies wany everything from birth certificate to LPG connection, foreign ones just ask if you are interested to work with them
