Referrals for Talent Acquisition roles

Hello folks, I am currently building an outbound recruitment solution for companies to help them find suitable and available candidates from all across the internet for the role. Currently, we have an MVP on our end and I am looking for an opportunity to work with an early-stage company, currently hiring for multiple roles. What shall I do? 1. Build the talent pipeline 2. Assist you with building your employer branding I have 4 years of experience in the recruitment industry, working with a couple of startups. In my last gig, I was fortunate enough to hire and retain folks across multiple functions. The cross-functional team built around ops, customer success and sales helped us, achieve a 10x monthly business scale-up in 12 months, resulting in $1.5mn in ARR. My intention is to add symphony to the recruitment process and help the SMB to attract the most suitable and available talent for their business. Thank you for your patience.

A little bit about me- I come with a mix of recruiting for mid to senior roles in business and corporate functions at an agri tech startup along with limited exposure to product and techno functional roles at a B2B SaaS startup. Apart from hiring, I've also been part of Talent branding initiatives and Talent analytics. Along with that, I also built a referral portal for internal employees. What I want in my next role - - A great manager - A healthily competitive team (trustworthy too) - Org with good business perspective and fundamentals - A decently quick growth path with wealth creation as well - As long as I get to stay in Bangalore, the work mode doesn't matter If you have leads or if you could refer me to your org, I'm happy to treat you once I land a role.

Hey guys, does anyone know of early stage companies that are looking to hire non-tech recruiters? I come with 2 years of full cycle leadership recruitment experience and I've also overseen projects in TA itself while being an individual contributor. One of the projects I worked on was setting up a referral portal for all employees since we could not accommodate all our employees on our recruitment software. This is currently WIP for a v2 now.

Hi, I am a 21yr old interested in Talent Acquisition as a career path but I am also interested in making a lot of money (50LPA+) as I progress in the field. I’ve done my research using Glassdoor & Levels.fyi but I want to hear from real people on whether such a salary is possible in Talent Acquisition specifically at Director or Sr. Manager Level? (so like 10-15 years down the line for me). I know HRBP pays more but I can’t be arsed to plan parties (employee engagement) or keep attendance trackers (performance review), I enjoy matching talented people with the right companies more.
