I personally would not for fear of reputation damage in case I ever want to apply there again. 
  
 If there is no intent to ever apply again, I may consider it.

What if the preferred job is first company itself cause of other factors? Still okay to negotiate to increase the salary you got to some extent?

Can i negotiate after accepting that offer provided I got a higher counter offer?
