How to code when head not clear
I guess the title clears it. I just sat for 4 hours in front of the screen doing.....nothing. How to work ? I know excercise, write journal etc. all that self help stuff...i do it....still unable to work.
Try
1. Clear desk.
2. Pick one task. Break down your task into small steps
3. Set the mood [music, coffee, etc]
4. TAKE AN IMPERFECT ACTION. JUST START. 5 minutes.
Repeat 🔁
If no results
Shift your working space to somewhere else. Different room, outdoors, anywhere else.
And repeat the same steps.

Sometimes it happens, i don't code when my head is not clear. I go for a walk, play video games, etc just to completely distract myself and then bring myself back to code, most of the times it works well to clear the head

Slap yourself and man up. Gotta pay the bills and gotta work. Just start by solving the smallest thing. Stub out a function. Stub out an API call or create that deployment yml. Little steps.
