How to get BH registration as pvt sector employee?

I am fulfilling the BH registration criteria, as my company is based in more than 4 locations. But dealers are saying that they cannot do a BH registration for the vehicle if I'm not a Central govt employee. Even the Karnataka High Court has made it clear that BH registration should be allowed for eligible private sector employees. Does anyone know if any car dealerships (preferably Tata Motors) are offering BH registration? Is there any other way to get it done (other state, online channels etc.)?

I checked recently but in Bangalore they are not doing.I checked with KIA in Pune and the guy agreed to provide BH series number I don't think in Bangalore it will start anytime soon

Buying a car from outside karnataka

Hi I am from Madhyapradesh (M P) and I am currently living in Karnataka (KA). If I buy a car in MP i will be able to save around 1.5 lakhs. I want to understand if it is a good idea to buy a car in your home town and bring it to Bangalore. I know the theoretical challenges like I need to take NOC from MP and pay road tax again in Karnataka and do the registration here. I want to understand if traffic policy really troubles you in Bangalore if you drive a car from a different state and what are the consequences?

What has been your experience of re-registering your vehicle to the Karnataka license plate?

What has been the general cost for 2 wheeler re-registration. How much time does it take. Is it a smooth process ? My vehicle in particular is pretty old, so its either I am selling it off and buying a new one in Karnataka or just re-registering it and using it for another 2-3 years. Also what has been your experience of driving without re-registering if thats what you have done? (Northern states mostly)
