Can somebody please share how the work culture and work life balance is at Zolve? Would you advise somebody to join there or not? Please share your reasons as well.
Not sure about the work life balance there. But they interviewed me for a role there few months ago and were absolutely clueless as to what they wanted from the candidate or maybe even the role! I felt like I was the one wasting my time with the process.
What do you feel about their product ?
I quite liked their idea behind the niche product. Since we were bouncing back from the pandemic (at that time) definitely more students moving abroad to study was expected anyway. And since I wasn't from Fintech back then I wanted to give it a shot. But the interview process was nowhere close to what I thought.
