What's your experience about SRIB especially the network team.

What's your experience/thought about SRIB as a company during early career years. I think it's slow in terms of growth and learning ops. I am here in the Network team and not interested in learning their network specific tech stack which I feel like not very useful because there are very few companies in the network domain. Intern k baad test le kar PPO de diya......phir join krwane se phle ek test le kar uske basis pe joining dates delay kr di. Jinka clear hua will be joining in August aur jinka ni hua will be joining in November. Bhai agar itni requirements ni thi yoh hire hi kyu kra.....chup chap students ko placement m baithne ka mauka de dete PPO na dekar. Feels like nothing in our hands.

TCS - C3A - Assistant Consultant

Got an offer for C3A role (total yoe - 9.8yrs) for 26lpa. 1) Should I try to get C3B role for my experience 2) For VP - there are 2 components listed (i) Monthly Performance Pay - 15k (ii) Performance Pay (Quarterly) - 22k 3) What is an emergency fund in TCS.? I feel 17% VP (4.5L) in total CTC (26L) is too high. The HR said, this 15k monthly will be paid in full. And quarterly pay of 66k (22k x 3) will also be paid. Is this true or some deduction will be there? Please let me know if this is the norm VP in TCS and share some tips to negotiate for more fixed pay.. TIA

Samsung blr Vs Cashfree, which to join?

Profile at cashfree: backend developer CTC: 32 lpa Base: 15 Variable: 2 Esop: 15 (4 yr equally divided) Profile at SRIB: Developer CTC: 20 Base: 14 joining: 1 Retention: 5(4 yr equally divided) Priority: WLB> learning> comp although my inclination is little towards the research side, considering the hike 1 after yr it's like 10%(samsung) and 50%(Cashfree), if the market remains the same. Not able to figure out which to join 😟.... any suggestions?
