Creatives: How do they fit in?
Been closely watching the startup sector and I’d like to understand how do creative people fit into start up organisations? When I say creative I’m referring to:- 1. Filmmakers 2. Photographers 3. Producers 4. Strategists 5. Writers Are they given other responsibilities as well? If yes, what kind? Let me know your thoughts.
Creativity isn’t just in the few domains you have mentioned. Writing a great code and developing a great product is also creativity.

They don't. Creatives are still treated as outsiders mostly and largely misunderstood. Top 5% has enough contacts to get steady revenue, others struggle in jobs that don't pay enough.
