I'm a Sales Professional with over 6 plus years of experience, (Finance and Ecommerce) Got no experience in SaaS sales, have applied multiple times at multiple openings but often receive the same feedback, "No consideration since I've got no relevant feedback" Basically I need a job for experience, they need experience for the job! Any clues/ideas as to which company hires Sales Professionals without SaaS experience or any referrals? Any direction would help. Kindly suggest.

I'm actively searching for SDE-2 roles for more than 2 months now. I have 2+ yrs of experience. From almost all the companies I'm getting rejected at resume level itself even tho I'm having relevant experience. Any tips on how to fastrack this and get interview calls?

Hi folks, just dropping in to say that I have failed three interviews all of which that I had hoped to close. I am in marketing so the answers in the interview aren't generally right or wrong. Different people perceive your answers differently and most people generally only do vibe check I guess. One of the interviews was really good but it required doing a presentation which I suck at. I got nervous while presenting. I was actively looking for a new role and spent nearly three weeks in frantically applying anywhere I could. Finally shortlisted 4 companies to appear for and 3 of them rejected me. Feeling sad. Can't tell wife, friend or family so confessing here. Please send prayers and any referal for a good marketing role in B2B. Yoe 9 years and TC is 36 without stocks.

I've 3 years of experience in sales and operations after completing my MBA in Marketing. Tried looking into various profiles but nothing seems to be fruitful post the first or second or interviews. Mentally drained in trying to find PM jobs. Any references from this community would be appreciated.

Hey everyone, I hope you can help me out with this one query i have, is it fine to tell the interviewer that i got laid off when they ask why i am looking for a job change in this marker? I have been WFH for 2 years, have 6L in liquidity for runway i guess, idk if it's safe or not but how is the job market currently. Recently gave interview in a tier 1 product based company, got rejected in 2nd round as well so what should be my plan now? How to tackle this feeling of being incompetent and anxiety? I hope you can me out with these questions 😭
