I am a CA and a banker. I worked for 5 years with ICICI. Switched 2 jobs in next 3 years. Now with ICICI again.. whether I should stay for long term here or keep switching.

This surprises me when even super educated people feel the need to ask this question. Will ICICI think twice before diverting resources to better profitable products of the company?. Will they think twice before cutting down on loss making products/ divison/ people?. Why do salaried employees get this doubt?. If someone pays 15% more, there should be no second thought.

Should I keep switching after every 2 year

Me thinking to switch after every 2 years max, for bettter opportunity 🤟, and better hike. Because eventually after 1-2 year, you reach saturation point. My concern is It is good to switch to new company even if current company is really good with you in all the way possible.... Except giving salary hike😔

Effect of Job switch in long Run

In my nearly 2 years of experience i have switched two companies now in my third company, i am not getting quality work and ownership. Hey Guys, I am working in TCS from last 3.7 years and now I am fed up with it. I want to switch but I don’t know what I am doing here 🙂 I worked for IT support work Endpoint security compliance for 2 years then switched to ISM role for 11 months, no learning and now in the team where all the Physical(ODC) and logical resources(Proxy AD group, VPN access etc) are managed. I want to move out but don’t know how can I find the job. Currently I am doing Google Data Analyst Certification but don’t know how I will switch, how I will show my experience etc
