Need recommendations for India based stock brokers for US Stocks

I need to transfer shares of a NYSE listed company to an India based brokerage firm. These shares were allocated as part of ESPP via a company sponsored US based brokerage firm. If anyone has done it in the past, please share with me the things to take special care of. Apart from that if anyone can suggest good brokerage firms with good customer support as per their experience then it would be really helpful. Many thanks in advance!
