Need help with referral as not getting any interview calls from Naukari.

I'm trying to get one opportunity but seems market is not that good. I have 14 yrs of experience from various sector like Automotive, Retail, Pharmaceutical and now e-commerce. I'm Program Manager now. Your help be greatly appreciated.
