It’s better to stay where you are . If you want a break , ask your managers for it explicitly. Market is extremely bad , especially in ncr . For Bangalore, Hyderabad it’s good. But again, do not resign.

I work as a SDE3 at a medium sized company. I have been working here for about 4 years and have been performing well enough to get top appraisals here every year consistently.

From few months I have been fucking up A LOT. From NPEs in every release to getting whole company down for sometime. Every release of mine has been disastrous from quite a few months. I have not been performing well at all, missing on edge cases in grooming meeting and in testing as well.

I'm not sure what has happened to me. I have not been like this at all in my 7 years of total career, and this has been very embarrassing for me in front of whole company.

I'm actually thinking of naked resigning and just take a break of 1 month and then find a new job, but I'm too scared because of the current market conditions.

What would you guys do in this situation?
