Is payin slip enough proof to show that you worked in a company ?
I'm a fresher currently working in a company which has a bond of 1 year and If I want to quit before that period, most probably i won't be getting any experience certificates, so when I apply for the next company is the payin slip enough to prove that i worked in a particular company or do we need the experience certificates as well.
You'll need experience and full and final settlement letter. Otherwise you'll face issues later in your career
Why will anyone ask for FNF!!🤷‍♂️ Experience letter too, may not be mandated. Just some proofs for every employment must be there. For me, in my current org, experience letter of previous org was not asked, but that of previous to that, was asked. No FNF in any of the companies, FNF is none of their business.
Heyy, payslip is enough to prove employment. If they doubt, you can even provide income tax site’s Forms- AIS/TIS. But ideally they “may” ask for experience letter too, and in that case you should be prepared to defend and justify yourself, as to why you couldn’t get that from your employer. It just needs some tact for explaining that part. As long as your clear your interviews, and explain the non-existence of experience letter politely with convincing justification, it should be all good. Chances are that they may not even ask for experience letter. Just the offer letter (or appointment letter), plus pay slips, would be more than enough. That said, some organisations do background checks and in that process they may reach out your current employer for verification, be prepared for that as well…
