Stuck at scaling phase of my startup. Need funds, looking to aquire through PMEGP. But banks keep asking for collateral, even though the plan implemented by the government says non collateral loans. Last financial year we have done a revenue of 35 Lakhs. 
If we can find funding I am sure I can scale it up really good. Tried other laons as well. We are a completely bootstrapped startup since the beginning. All and any help is much appreciated. Dedicated my life towards this business since 4 years. And we have all the required govt registrations.
