20 minute presentation without preparation

Hello I'm a data scientist with 7+ years of experience. I want to prepare for interviews in a slow and steady manner. I need a person with whom I can discuss DS and practice mock interviews, someone who can keep me accountable for my progress and learning. Here's what I'm thinking, we discuss a topic at the start of the week, prepare that topic during the whole week and then at the end of the week we sit down and discuss that topic. We can also prepare different topics and teach each other or can dive into some whole new topic. Other ideas are also welcome. P.S - folks looking for immediate job change , please don't respond, i want it to prepare slow and also I'm a family man so sometimes I might postpone study sessions due to festivals/holidays. Role - Cloud Support Engineer Cleared tech rounds and 2 leadership rounds are remaining. They are going to be for 1 hour each with senior folks holding 20 and 6 years of experience respectively. Will be having such rounds for the first time ever. Not sure what all will be in it for an entire hour! One of them is probably a Bar raiser. Unlike tech rounds where you have to just keep answering the questions that come your way here it might be the case that I'll have to keep speaking on the scenario in detail for the entire time in STAR format. I just know that I need to know the meaning of leadership principles correctly and have a real example from my journey. But I might not have experienced such a scenario relating to all principles. So maybe I'll have to make some examples. Also, I'm being told that I shouldn't repeat anything. How to have so many real relatable examples? Important is to be ready to answer all questions on what I said. It seems very very tricky to answer them in such a way that it is correct and also convinces them very well. What would be some good questions to ask interviewers of these rounds? Any inputs from you all are much appreciated!🙏🏻 Looking forward to ace these rounds 🤞🏻 Thanks.

I usually panic before an interview and end up not attending it at all or postponing it. Even after preparing I feel under pressure and get performance anxiety. How can I tackle this? I’m always worried about what they’ll ask and if I don’t answer properly what will they think of me, I get such intrusive thoughts. And even after preparing I always feel like I have not prepared well enough.

I have been working as a software developer for the past 4 years mostly on startups. Pay is good(top 10%) no issues while working everything good in work life no problems. But there is always a feeling that I am not good at basic understanding of development I feel it is because I didn't go to any IIT or any other major colleges or didn't study for any particular exams. I just learned everything by doing it not by preparing beforehand. There is fear that maybe that's not always enough which makes me a little bit afraid of giving interviews of big tech companies. So I am not able to decide where I should go from here. Should I start with masters or should I just learn everything I can from basics to have a solid understanding or maybe some other path.

As after such time I have been trying to learn DSa thoroughly but the topics seems very difficult some time or I forgot things had to visit again and again. Is this uncommon? Can someone shed some light pls.

In general my mind works decently well, but in interviews I'm having a mind block and not able to think through. I start getting tensed the moment I feel I gave the wrong answer and screw up the remaining interview. Any suggestions on how I can improve?

Mostly so called "Design Leaders" "mentors" are always spewing gyaan in my office, LinkedIn, social media but actually fail to implement those stuff. Every other week we have this call where designers are supposed to talk about a topic and every designer comes with such complex presentations, use big words as if they are saving the world or something. They unnecessarily complicate such simple topics and then go on to call themselves designers 🤡
