Hi, fresher here and just browsing linkedin and opportunities that are available in the market. I have recently come across this trend by all the companies almost of having some unreal expectations for the jobs that they have to post. These are some entry level roles and demand experience? How is that supposed to work?? Idk if im wrong here but the example im sharing is a product analyst role demanding 7 years of experience? Am I mistaken to see this as absurdity? Seen this with all the product roles as well, ns about other entry level jobs. Please let me know if I’m missing any information that I need to know or if there is a reason behind such demands. My fellow engineers this chatgpt may not replace but it will surely reduce no of Software engineer. A project deadline was missed and project manager called team(10people) and infront of them he completed the project not alone but taking help of chatgpt and 4 of 10.
