Experienced in training sales team of upto 45 members and preparing trackers and setting a process flow and auditing of sales pitch and processes. Have played an instrumental role in creating MIS data trackers and reports in Top 4w Automobile MNC for India. Have also developed Partnership and dealer/affiliate network for firms to ensure other sources of income apart from sales team.
