Microsoft - Software Performance Engineer

I recently saw a job post in LinkedIn for software performance engineer in Microsoft. Anyone here who has worked in this capacity or has attended the interview? I would appreciate some insights on how a day looks like in this role or the type of interview conducted. TIA
