I am close to getting an offer from Juniper networks (Data Scientist 5) My current pay as a Sr Data Scientist is 25.5lacs fixed + 1.25lacs variable. What salary can I expect to be offered? (Fixed, variable, RSUs). Also is designation Data Scientist 5 similar to Sr Data Scientist?

I received an offer from both companies around the same pay 40 lpa. I am confused between choosing the right one. I am married with a kid. Looking for a balanced work like culture. If you have an opinion please do share.

Hello, I am a Sr. Salesforce Developer with around 5 yoe. I have offer from Cognizant - 20 + 30k JB Wipro - 22 LPA + 1 JB Sunlife Financials - 23 LPA Synechron Inc. - 23 + 1 JB Mphasis - 25.5 LPA Which company should I join? Please share your thoughts. It's urgent.

Any JPMC folks around? I keep getting JPMC job emails from Naukri, and they mention salary range of 15-30 lakhs, for experience range of 8-12 yrs (Hyderabad location). I used to think JPMC pays nice, but this looks so low! So why so low range being shown? Are they just trying to exploit the current market situation, or is it actually the usual pay they offer? The Position is for Full Stack Developer.

IKEA - Bangalore All of them are offering almost same fixed salary, Ikea’s base is 2 lacs more than rest but RSUs in Autodesk is additional benefits of good amount(50k USD). Which of them is better for growth, job security and benefits etc I will get prorated variable in 1&2 but not in Ikea in 2025 due to my joining date being after the cutoff period Please pour in your thoughts, thank you in advance :)

What's the average annual hike at your org ? I know it depends on performance and all, but still there's gotta be range. Asking from a dev standpoint, but would like to know others as well. At my company, it's around 10-15 %(mid size company, not a startup).

Hello friends, Can you please help me in deciding between these 2 offers: Trigent Software: -35lpa: all fixed, (it feels can go upto 36) -Service based but hiring for good client who is there from last more than 5 years and will be there for another atleast 5 years according to them -25 years old company -1300 employees Inito(product based startup): 30 + 2(esops over 4 years, so we can assume 30.5) -This got started in 2015 but still having only around 110 employees -Out of 110, 32 from IITs...so good people are there Yoe: 4.3 Thanks in advance!
