Asking again - Which product design (mechanical) design companies are hiring ?

Yo. Is anyone's company looking for Product Designers? (With decent pay?) I'm looking for a change. There are so many fake openings on LinkedIn. Naukri got NO Naukri. Other platforms are dead. I got almost 2 years of experience. I did internships at great companies. Got a formal degree. Have been a pseudo PM as well. I can think of UX before the UI. Not really the average figma to framer AeStHeTiC-Minimalist designer. Do DM me if you got openings and can get me hired

Its been 3 months since I left my last company after completing 8 months of internship, I rejected the full time offer because I was exploited and work culture was very toxic, since then I applied to more than 100+ jobs online and hardly converted 5 interviews and got 1 offer for part time which is soon going to be revoked, assuming from the company's behaviour. At this point I have lost all the motivation to work, improve and apply for jobs I am tired and drowing in self doubt. It even kills me to see the people who are not skilled as I am are getting good jobs and salary. With all this my family is not so supportive and not a single day has passed where I didn't get into arguments with my parents.

Here’s a bit about me: • I have one years of full-time experience in UX Design. • I worked at a design service agency so I’ve worked on multiple kinds of products. • I’m a fast worker and an even faster learner. • I’d consider myself really great at communicating but I’ll leave that decision to you. • Really organised in literally everything I do (you should see my kitchen as proof). • I’m a wizard in Figma but just the worst at Photoshop. • Problem solving skills come naturally to me. Hey, so a little context here, I work as a product designer and just completed 6 months at this company and a product owner recently quit. They promote me to product owner and product designer and release the performance review late which shows that I only Meet All Expectations and hence am not eligible for a pay raise. And my manager says to me that this is sort of an intermediate step into being promoted and this is to give you more responsibilities so you can grow and get promoted. All this seems like complete fucking bullshit to me and idk how to navigate through this, any experienced professionals if you wanna share some advice?
