Job in Cybersecurity

I am a fresher just completed my btech and learning about cybersecurity specifically Ethical hacking. I have been applying to multiple job openings but never even get a rejection email. So I was wondering anyone working in this domain tell me how's the Job market and what things need to done to land a job .
