Are you working in deloitte USI, in d365fo domain? How are you sure it will be 12 hours and more because based on my research and talking to people already working there, it seems dynamics started this year in Deloitte and they don’t have much burden. So what proof do you have for your statement ?

Got an offer from a 3rd party company. The client will be Deloitte USI. I need to work from a client office location. 3rd party company is saying you can be absorbed in Deloitte based on your performance. Also you will get similar perks from Deloitte which is given to on role employees. Can anyone suggest if Deloitte offer such facilities for off role employees?
