Do you think 5-7 or 10 years down the line will struggle due to lack of opportunities
Not another AI fear mongering post. Since i don't know many people in the software industry in the 60s or even in the early 50s. 10 years down the line probably the first crop of software engineers will retire, but since demand for coolie is on the higher side and they are mostly freshers or 5-6 year old experienced people. A company may require 10 coolie but only 1 experienced dev is required which means we may see a lot more seniors. I know many people just switch to management or start doing something else but considering we are part of the software engineering boom we may see a lot more competition at the top. How are you planning to deal with it? Or is that even a threat in the first place.
