Need honest review

Hi guys, Currently I am in a semi-toxic state in my current job and exploring browserstack as the new option. Have seen the reviews of Browserstack in this community. Very negative I know. But can someone share the latest status? Would I be shooting myself in the foot by joining them?

I’m in love with their remote-first policy. I am thinking of making Browserstack my next target company to work at. Honest opinions and insider info welcome here. I have been looking out for jobs, I come with very good experience in edtech of 5+ years in category management, I wanted hear from folks in Scaler if the switch is worth it. Pros and cons would be

Cleared all rounds. Waiting for offer letter. Looked up for employee reviews on Glassdoor and other platforms. Quite a mix of +ves and -ves. Not able to figure out if work culture is good or not. Some even pointed out they force you to work for 14hrs just because they pay you high CTC. I don't wanna be judging based on unverified reviews. If anyone here currently works or have worked at Rubrik in their Frontend Engg team, it would be great to drop some reality here. Don't wanna get stuck in a toxic culture like me last company and regret it everyday with no basic WLB 😅.

Name some startups which are really good- solving tough problems for India, good workplace policy and perks, founders aren’t d, and have good policies to support employees building our startups (sabbatical policies, financial support etc)
