Stable Money is the new CRED ?

So stable money is just another fintech platform where basically you can do FD from various banks and corporates. This concept isn't new, other apps and websites offer the same as well. Weirdly, everyone is posting about it on LinkedIn & Twitter. I can see that stable money is giving merch to them but are these people getting merch just to post a positive review? Anyone has insider news?

Anyone having experience on using the stable money app for FDs?

Isn’t it just a glorified “Account aggregator” integration? Also, looks like they are riding on some TSP’s AA gateway/bridge for fetching the details. So zero points for any innovation. All in all again so much hype for an aesthetically pleasing UI!! What do you guys think?

Recently, I discovered the fold money app and was really impressed by their design and overall look and feel of the product. There are many apps which are catering to a similar use case like fold money: Mint being one of the prime examples! Cred is truly a topic of surprise for me. Yes, I understand it has created a community of top spenders/credit worthy people in India. I also understand that they can use the information on such people for creating value for themselves. Being a cred user, I only use it to pay the bills. I really wonder if they have built any b2b business or alternative source of income beyond what's seen to the end user. What's the game plan for the cred? I also applaud the fact that cred hasn't laid off people having paid them better than most companies. I really wonder if the business is really that strong or the conviction is. Would you join cred if given a chance to work there?

I'm recently checking out all the Fixed deposits out there for saving my emergency fund. Among everyone Shriram Fixed deposit provides max interest rates? Is it worth it? Or any other suggestions for the best FD?

What's your opinion in the Fold Money app? I was every excited until I started using it. But, once I started using it, I couldn't find much use for me. There's another app called Fi, which itself is a neo bank, but also helps in tracking the transactions just like Fi (using the same partner Finvu). Both of them have it's own pros and cons, and am looking forward to seeing them evolve. Fold Money app's UInis really good, but as of now, there's nothing much it can offer 🥲
