tcs form16

Hi Peeps, Recently came into Income Tax bracket. I work on contractual basis and only TDS is deducted. Where can I get form 16 from? In my previous organization, the company used to give along with pay slip but in my current one, there is no form 16 attached with payslip. Please help.

Hi, experts I was filing itr, so needed help, I started my job from May 2022, but before that I did an internship where I got salary credited to my account , it was around 1500 for one month (March) for this assessment year and also they did deduct a tds of around 300 rupees which I can see on my itr home page . So should I include those amount in my gross income while filing tds ( I have only included my current gross salary) ?

My company hasn't shared it yet and I hate that they can casually delay things like this

Just downloaded my form 26 to be prepared for tax filing and found out that my company hasn't made any TDS payments. It just says no transactions are present. What are my options cause I am getting a little scared now 🥲?

Moengage is forcing employees to submit Form 26AS and official email mein likha hai Form 16 generate nai karenge if you fail to submit. Is this legal? From my very limited understanding, Form 26AS is confidential and should be shared only with the tax officer or someone filing ITR on your behalf. Are there any lawyers on here who can chime in? Form 16 nai release karne se will I face any trouble with tax filing? My knowledge is very limited and any help will be appreciated.

Hi all, I had joined Mphasis and just only attended virtual on boarding and left the job as they fell back on promise they made. I had not received any salary for that. Just before tax paying date, I received form 16 saying I was paid salary and had to pay tax on that. In reality I never received any money from them. I mailed to HR help desk multiple times, I never received any resolution. What should be my next step.

I have received an offer letter of tcs digital on July 13th, but I didn't get the joining yet. Are there any chances to find out the location and details?
