Is notice period of 90 days frowned upon? How does the dynamics with the interviewer work?
90 days notice period generally viewed as the person has only 10% chance of joining the offered company.
So for a guy who has to attend to a 90-day notice period, it's much advisable and better odds to resign and then job-hunt?
