Confused if I should go for masters in Ireland or work in India and apply for jobs in EU

I am 22yo and just graduated from a tier 3 college with Btech degree. Currently placed in a startup as a Frontend Engineer CTC 7LPA remote. I am confused should I prepare for masters and do that or should I work hard in FE and switch after 1-2 year for better pay. And what one should do? Masters in Cs or MBA , I know both are different but still confused.

I am basically confused, I really want to experience other culture in general; but for me in India I cannot experience or explore anything other than work like 24/7 availability, late night work and the current work requires me to work in US timezone and let us address the elephant in the room taxes in India, now hear me out taxes in EU are high but the benefits are good compared to India like WLB (especially being an SRE/Devops), less stressful work environment. I do not want anyone to mess with me after 6 PM post work. I feel risk >>>>>>> regret I got an admission at a University in EU region but I am seriously contemplating the possibilities ? Please leave your comments, Is anyone on the same boat ?

I'm working as a software Engineer at a startup with almost 2 YOE. Looking at most of my friends going to usa for masters right after college i felt like I'm making a mistake by not doing the same after listening software engineers earning 100K us dollars there. I thought I'll give myself two years get some work experience and then think about it but honestly I'm still confused if i should switch(which is not proving to be so simple in the current job market) or should I go for masters (again confused here in choosing between usa or Germany or Australia). Will taking almost 40 Lakhs of loan money and doing it be worth it ? Seriously damn confused about what next step to take. When I spoke with the CTO here, he advised it's not worth and you can be earning almost similar money here soon. I'd say FOMO is also a big thing here. As i tell myself let's take the risk, 2 years of study will be done soon and then work for 3-4 years , make big money , repay the loan and get back to India. I'd be having the international exposure, experiencing some above average lifestyle than India , so confused man Any grapeviners who might have seen people around them taking this step please suggest me what to do, any advice is greatly appreciated 🙏

Hey guys, Wanted to know your opinions and if someone has walked similar path before. I am in infrastructure engineering domain, want to transition into core backend with full stack. I have roamed around abroad and found really great quality of life - 1. Food quality is damn good! 2. Spending power when you travel with that currency to other parts of the world 3. Disciplined 4. Power of people, where the rules are same for all. You are just as powerful or weak as a politician in regards to upholding the law. I like these concepts and want to explore living abroad, learning cultures, traditions and people. I was thinking of getting into a Europe based company(understand the pay would be less but I get to roam EU countries with better work life balance) for my backend role and leave my current job to prepare for it as my entire day is sucked off by this current high paying job and it's not fun anymore Thoughts? Tldr - Not happy with my current life sucking role at startup. Have experienced better life abroad as a tourist. Want to switch to a job abroad and experience customs, traditions, people, culture, languages!

I'm a 24yo M, into frontend engineering making over 18LPA. I'm also working part time for a startup. I'm considering masters in the UK, US or Canada on the same order of priority. my main reasons to even consider masters are the following - meet people from different backgrounds - get a better paying job with a work visa in a foreign country - FOMO as a lot of people i know from college are now abroad studying/working cons i see in this approach - heavy on the finances - economy isn't doing very well worldwide - job market is pretty bad rn - i have everything here in India (family, friends, a well paying job) my ideal case would be to get a visa sponsored job opportunity, but considering the economy and job market it seems impossible. would love to know opinions of some experienced folks or anyone who'd have some guidance for me. thanks.

Due to financial difficulties, I couldn’t afford college in past so had to dropout. But after working in different startups for 4 years I am financially independent now. Currently, I am working as a product manager in one of the startup in India. But, all of the startups I worked for were > A series in terms of funding. Can I get a working visa in European countries or Australia? What should my next move in upcoming years? Working in some foreign based countries as a remote employee? Or should I get a working visa first in some country and then apply for remote jobs? The reason to move out from India is less pay and work life balance. I am planning to move back to India after few years of working in abroad as It would help me to save some money to venture my own startup.

Hi, I want to work in either US or European countries. Is it possible to land there without doing masters? I am a software engineer and financially it’s hard for me to go for masters. Is it possible that I can apply from here and land a job in any of the companies in other countries?

Hey, I have 8 years of work ex and I work in the marketing domain. Last role was mid senior level. I have done my MBA from a good B School in India. I am not interested in settling abroad so have always avoided/ ignored outside opportunities. But lately I have been thinking of moving out for a few years for exposure . I am 30 years old. Suggest if that makes sense. And if yes, EU and south Asia ? USA is a no. Too far and doesnt make sense for marketing. I am very confused and want to decide soon. South Asia seems to have a good but very limited pool of companies and EU, am not aware about much. Any leads/ companies to check out would be appreciated too as I have just started job hunt.

Hi all, we all know how messed up the market is right now. I currently have a work experience of 1.6 years,and I am thinking if I should go for a masters in CS abroad or not. Considering the market scenario abroad I am a bit afraid to take the big leap, but right now I can see the scenario is not much better in India as well, facing difficulty in switching also. I would like to concentrate on one line - masters or job switch. Please guide me.
