Infosys:Am I safe?

Im a tech lead and Im average when it comes to deliveries. I was removed from a project after 5 months because of non-performance and a non-technical manager.I got a negative review in my first iCount. I got shifted to another project within 2days. This is my first year at Infosys which will get over in September. Current manager is also non technical and is always pressurizing. I have 9y of experience. There is work on weekends also mostly in this project. I would want a work life balance project,but there is no choice of being a chooser in Infosys is what I know. But I don't want to leave Infosys as I have made lot of switches. I want to excel but at the same time want work life balance and onsite. #Infosys
