How much salary should I expect?

Hi Folks, What is the usual range of salary for someone in ops role with 3-5 yoe in a product company? We are looking to hire a generalist ops person in our founders team (<8 people) who can look at usage of finance tools alongside community & some unstructured work What range should we go with? I'm working at a B2B Startup as a Marketing Manager. I'm offered the shares of the company (vested across 2 years) and a decent pay. The work-life balance is good, and the job is fully remote (subjective though). I'm planning to deep dive into becoming a Product Manager after my 2 years vesting period is over. Any estimate on the payscale that I can expect? Any other insights regarding role switch would also be highly appreciated.

Hi, what are some average salary of CPO, Head of Product, SVP of Product at mid to late stage startups? I understand it will be a mix of cash + equity. What are those levels?

I work in a fintech company. Revenue and growth wise we are good, we just got acquired by a large internet platform too. Also, last year has been a tremendous learning for me as well. I like being PM but looking to move out of my current industry (lending) as I want to explore other domains and I feel like my CTC here is somewhat low (18.5 + 1.5 bonus) considering my experience (around 4.5 years). My boss said that I will get ESOPS (around 10 lacs) which I can liquidate around 50% this year. Should I wait for my appraisal to complete (will happen around April) and look to switch or should I start preparing for interviews now itself?

Work as the only SPM at a seed startup in SaaS. Salary is 45 lpa and 12 lakhs of ESOP over 4 years . Only PM reporting to the CEO and we have doubled revenue in the last 12 months I have been here and contributing . I think I got low balled on the ESOP , appraisal discussions are around the corner and I would like to increase the ESOP What is the an average number ? Have seen the product folks report and 30lps seems to be the right number . Looking for other similar folks to advise

Urgent advice needed. Have an ‘marketing head’ offer from a small tech product company. Total 20 YOE. Switching industry. How much salary should I expect? It’s not exactly a startup in the true sense of the term. A legacy company which has “transformed” itself.
