Classplus firing and fraud

It’s hard time for the community with these kind of asshole founders enjoying limelight with articles and media sitting quiet on this. They have fired almost everyone with their crooked and cruel strategy. Lame founders who micro manage and build strategies to fire people. They have a layer of puppets under them and make the whole plan to fire the employees- bhai itna mehnat kyu karte ho yaar, seedha muh pe bol do. They’re burning investor money and despite being productive laying these foundations for firing. Layoff everyone then, those puppets desite taking tons of bad decisions are being protected just because they lick their ass and pound them to be rockstars. They’ve hired hot girls under them for timepass and so called secret parties. Complete BS.

I’m still surprised itna karne ke bad they are being celebrated what a country we live in.

Worked for an edtech brand, positive PR is almost all paid for. The content team will send them the post word for word.

Very much true. I don’t get why investors don’t care about these? Pretty sure they must be aware of all this. If not then they’re in a dire situation

Investors back the numbers, that’s about it. This is just core business ethics that is completely non-existent in most edtech brands. It’s the lack of need for the product which ends up translating to a lot of questionable selling methods which then trickles into the entire company culture.

I have never seen many founders posting so many posts on LinkedIn, how many they have fired? I think they did layoff few months back too

Classplus founders are the worst founders I have ever worked with. They exploit you to the core and always plan something behind your back to create conflicts among team members. They just need slaves who execute what they say and for lead positions also they have appointed people like that only. Co-founder Bhaswat is clueless and doesn't know what's happening in the company. I have heard he has erased DB records of users after smoking weed at a party.

WTF!
Slaves point is true.
hearing a lot from senior leadership - no value for talent, intelligence - you lick and get shit done. Random question is how is no body talking about it? No media is covering anything. They might have purchased/ licked them aswell.

It’s not just classplus. Same to same happening is another startup too. The secret parties and zero talent people holding on to roles and messing the entire business. Some of the second line leaders salary is so horrendously high and the work they do does not justify even 30% of that salary.

About 7-8 yrs ago, there used to be very good media reports on the startup atrocities and the founders follies. The articles were very detailed with the almost accurate happenings inside the companies. The reporters did not hesitate call out incompetencies and foolhardiness of the cocky new founders.
Got to such a stage that startup community almost got its act together for the fear of being publicly called out and being held responsible. While, back then, it looked like the journalists and reporters were being inconsiderate, the companies did get their acts together and there were a lot of good wins!

Now, there is no research on internal going ons or such misappropriations. I remember JK being one of the most strong and loud voice in those times.

Maybe time to have them come back!!!
