Am just sick of hearing 'We are looking for more experienced candidate'
Recently received 5 rejections from FMCG and Retail Companies, for roles where I am a good fit and responsibilities which I am already handling in my current role and company. And all 5 of them gave the same reason, that I lack experience for entry level executive roles in marketing? Even though I am about to complete 2.5 years in the industry. I am really frustrated.

It probably has to do with the budget available and nothing to do with experience
I haven't even quoted any more than what they have told me their budget is for the role.
