Does your life have evenings as well ? or Mornings & Nights only ?

Honestly, I thought the added allowance would be worth it. But I honestly hate the work I'm doing and everything about the office in general. I miss chilling out in the evenings after work like a normal person, I miss just being normal and not having weird sleep patterns. I cry or am on the verge of crying almost everyday. At this point, I just want to quit and take a few weeks to feel normal and happier? Of course, given the market, this would be a very stupid decision. Unfortunately all the jobs I'm getting are usually a pay cut. I don't get how people, with MBAs, families and an active social life do this, honestly. I have neither and I freaking hate it. Would quitting be actually worth it for my overall health?

I am software engineer with 2.5 yoe and have been working remotely from the start if my career but still i feel i haven’t cracked the code as i don’t feel happy any more with life in general mind you i like the kind work i do so happy with professional life . I seek advise from the folks who are enjoying life working from home and how your routine looks like? It would be great help if am able to get relevant answers

I try to walk every day around 4 kilometers back and forth from the office. I take vitamin D3 10,000 IU once a week and consume about 50-100 grams of protein daily. Additionally, I play 45 minutes of badminton twice a week for agility. What am I missing on?

Question to bachelors working in a remote job from a metro like Bangalore, Delhi or Mumbai and not living with parents. How do you deal with not having people around you ? Does it get lonely sometime ? How do you manage your day and schedule around work in general ? Context :- I've got a job offer from an Indonesia based startup and they don't have an office in India. I've never worked a remote job, except COVID and I don't know if I should work from the metro or go back home? Benefits of Metro : You get to be around people who work similar jobs. Benefits of home : You save money and life is a little peaceful there.
