MBA aspirants
The current scenario of MBA grads from non IIM colleges is literally so bad. They have to agree on working free of cost for SIPs just to get an experience on their resume. Unlike IT engineers they have to go to office 5/6 days a week, in cities like Mumbai. Honestly this is the most jarring part of the life. I really hope that you consider this while pursuing for MBA , going abroad is not a bad option in my opinion.
MBA or not, it's all a game of thrones. Non-IIMs? More like Non-Impactful. Abroad? Dollar dreams, rupee realities. IT engineers? Keyboard warriors. "Kaam karo, shikayat nahi." What's your real ambition?
